First of all, we would like to thank you for your (potential) purchase. It means a lot to us! We stand behind our products and your satisfaction with them is important to us. Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days, however, exceptions do apply. You have the right to return any purchase if it does not fall under any exception. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. In case you experience errors or faulty products upon delivery, please get in touch with us within 14 days via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) so we can sort it out for you.
Digital products such as Ebooks and prints are downloadable and shipped and delivered through digital channels. Digital products are considered an exception to the refund and return policy, due to the nature of being downloadable products and immediate accessibility to the customer. Notice of this exception on the refund and return policy is provided on the products page and by agreeing to our terms and conditions throughout the buying process on our website. Of course, we will provide you support in case you experience errors or faulty products upon delivery.
Services have not excepted by the policy by the standard. Services such as advice or coaching can be returned and refunded fully within 14 days after purchase if the services did not start yet. If services did take place in agreement with your purchase, including work in the background such as preparational work, a refund cannot be provided.
Physical products are shipped or delivered through non-digital channels. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide you an address to return your initially received item.
To return your product, you should email us at email@example.com. You will then receive further instructions.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
